Here at Palace Rings we want our customers to be happy and in love with their purchases. Palace Rings welcomes returns within 5 days of receiving their purchase.

Please note: All orders made with a Discount code are final and are not eligible for a Return.

Palace Rings only accepts returned items if they are in original condition. Items must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation that we sent you when you made your order.

If you receive a damaged product from Palace Rings the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. We will issue a replacement once we receive confirmation of the item. We do not offer refunds for items that are damaged. After a product has been worn or used, Palace Rings is not responsible or liable for any damages.

Palace Rings is not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order. Once payment has been made we do not accept changes of orders. If you are not home to receive your parcel it will be left in your letterbox or in a safe place. We are not responsible if you parcel is stolen or goes missing after delivery.

Palace Rings no longer accepts exchanges, all returns must be done within 5 days of receiving the product.  For all returns we will issue you your money back for you to re-purchase at your own convenience.
