Return Information

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, no scratches, no loose or lost gems, not damaged, for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 7 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All jewelry must be returned in their original packaging.

When returning items for a refund, a $8 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. 

We are unable to refund original shipping charges.

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.


We are not accepting exchanges at this time.

Damaged Returns

Returns that are damaged, broken or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned jewelry that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions. 

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. 

Once our team has been emailed photo(s) of the damaged item, we will ship you a free replacement.

Non-returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged, bent, or smashed.

Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

International Returns

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
