🎁 Orders are shipped in pretty bubble mailers.
🎁 In the event of shipping damage, please note we are not help responsible to refund your money or send another product. Damage during shipping is unlikely.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns, but not exchanges or cancellations.
Just contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 15 days of delivery
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS IN ANY CASE!

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages due to an invalid address or because of post office error. We will ship all orders with the address given at the time of payment. Any lost orders are the responsibility of the buyer and if the buyer wants a replacement, they can do so at their own expense. We are not responsible for paying the shipping on a returned package due to invalid address or post office error. We are not responsible for any packages that indicate they are delivered and yet the buyer didn't receive them.
