What payment method do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Paypal, eBay, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amerian Express, ย and Discover.

How can I edit my order after I pay?
Orders can only be changed if the items haven't shipped yet. We ship our orders every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please contact our customer support with your request + order # immediately to attempt a change.ย 

How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at the time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Please note: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.ย 

Can I cancel my order?
We don't accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.ย 

Where are you located?
We are located in Hawaii and Utah. All of our products ship to you from our U.S. warehouses.ย 

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We highly suggest adding this to your order to make it look fancier! It costs only $5 at checkout. We include tissue paper, a polishing cloth, free complimentary ring box and more!

Is your site safe?
Yes! We use Shopify which has a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. In addition, Shopify's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.ย 


What carriers do your orders ship?
Orders ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx.

How soon will my order ship?
We ship our orders out every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Holidays are excluded.ย 

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We include free shipping at checkout for U.S. customers when they spend $50 or more, and for International customers, we offer free shipping if they spend $100 or more.ย 

How long is shipping for the USA?
Typically 3-5 business days. Depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout will vary.ย 

How long is shipping for international orders?
Typically 7-21 business days. Depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout will vary.ย 

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address you provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a second e-mail, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.ย 

My package says delivered but it is not delivered, please address?
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the USPS or stop at your local post offices in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.ย 

Who is responsible for international taxes and duties?
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay for any applicable duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Palace Rings, and thus cannot be refunded.ย 

What happens if I inputted the wrong address on the order?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order to make the address of your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.ย 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, it's true! We ship worldwide! All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping worldwide on orders over $100 USD.ย 

Important delivery information that everyone MUST READ!!!
All shipping options and rates are displayed in the checkout process.
Once an order has left Palace Rings warehouse and the delivery's tracking number begins to show progress, Palace Rings is no longer responsible for the package as it is in the hands of the courier. Palace Rings cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders, or any damages that may occur during delivery. For failed deliveries that are not picked up and sent back to our warehouse, Palace Rings will cancel the order and refund the purchase excluding any applicable shipping costs. Palace Rings cannot be held responsible for delivery attempts, failed deliveries or any other issues with the courier. ย 


  • Palace Rings must be informed of any returns or exchanges via email before shipping out your item.ย 
  • You have within 5 days of your delivery date to qualify for a return/exchange.ย 
  • Merchandise must be shipped within 14 days after the package has been delivered to you.ย 
  • Merchandise must be unused to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging.ย 
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.

I just sent back my original order and ordered another in exchange. Why hasn't my new item arrived yet?
We do not ship out newly ordered items until we receive the original item being exchanged.ย
