How many days does it take to get my order?

Who is responsible for duty and tax fees?

If you are US based and it's been over 10 working days since your order was shipped, or if you are based internationally and it's been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please email us with your order number.

The shipping carrier lost my package. Can I get my item replaced?

In the event that USPS misplaces or loses your order, we are happy to send a replacement. For all orders, we will conduct an investigation with the shipping service to determine if the product can be replaced.

Who do I contact if I haven't received my order even though my tracking information says delivered?

We ship our items to you via USPS. If there seems to be a problem with your order being delivered to you or you think it’s lost, USPS is your first line of contact.

1. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

2. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service.

We do not recommend getting any type of jewelry wet with water, perfumes or lotions. Constant contact with liquids can reduce the longevitiy of the plating and accelerate tarnishing.

A lot of our jewelry is made up of various metals and so many different compositions. Metals included in our jewelry collection include: gold, platinum, sterling silver, stainless steel, and brass.
