Who do I contact if I haven't received my order even though my tracking information says delivered?
We ship our items to you via USPS. If there seems to be a problem with your order being delivered to you or you think it’s lost, USPS is your first line of contact.
Due to COVID 19 carriers are having tracking and shipping delays.
Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service.
The shipping carrier lost my package. Can I get my item replaced?
In the event that USPS misplaces or loses your order, we are happy to send a replacement. For all orders, we will conduct an investigation with the shipping service to determine if the product can be replaced.
Palace Rings has recently experienced a temporary delay in its shipping times due to COVID 19. This issue has been largely resolved, however, customers may still experience delays of up to 14 days beyond the normal times.
If you experience a delay please reach out to us with your order number and we will be happy to provide a $25 gift card for the inconvenience.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, but by setting up an account, you become a Palace Rings VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you don't like your item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit or a refund back on your payment method. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do not accept exchanges. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Can I return an item when I've used a promo code on them?
If you've used a promo code on a full priced item, yes. As long as they are not already marked down prices/under our sale section.
How long does it take to get my money back after a refund?
Your refund should be back in your account within 5-7 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you place your order, it cannot be canceled or changed after it's been shipped. Please double check and make sure everything is correct when clicking the check out button.
However if you'd like to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible.

Will you ever restock certain items?
Almost everything that we release is a one time release. We usually do not restock our older items unless they are in extremely high demand. Please let us know by emailing us if there is an item you are really interested in, we will do our best to accommodate restocks.
Is your jewelry nickel free?
Yes! Think how jealous your friends will be when you tell them you got your lead and nickel free jewels at Palace Rings.
Do you sell fine jewelry?
No. We advertise we only sell plated jewelry in platinum, gold, rose gold and sterling silver CZ.

Do you offer AfterPay?
Yes! AfterPay is a payment plan that lets you pay for orders $35-$1,000 in four interest-free payments instead of all at once. Shop the site like you normally would, then select AfterPay at checkout.
