Shipping

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. During holiday season, processing times will be higher. Shipping to Canada usually takes up to 10 business days to arrive and other international orders usually take up to 15 business days, and some areas could take longer. 

 

What is the status of my order?

Track your order:

1. Log In to your Palace Rings account.
2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

 

Will there be a customs fee for international orders?

Yes. Customs and duties are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they are not included at checkout. 

 

What is your shipping courier?

We currently ship with USPS.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs start at $4 and can go up depending how fast you need the package and where you're located. The best way to view our rates is to go through the checkout process and fill in your address to see what options there are. Payment info is not needed to find out our rates. We offer free shipping over $25 (applies to U.S. only).

 

Orders

Can I alter or cancel my order?

Once you place and order, we can't guarantee it can be changed/cancelled. Please double check and make sure everything is correct when clicking the checkout button. You must contact us ASAP before we ship out your order.

 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

If you don't like your item, you may return it within 7 business days of receiving your order. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do not accept exchanges. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Click here for our full return policy.

My order says delivered, but I didn't receive it!

First - please check that the shipping address that you checkout with matches your current location.

Second - check with your neighbors to make sure that they didn't receive it by mistake. Most of the time packages are marked delivered before they actually are, so give it 1-2 days for it to arrive.

We are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, however if you still did not receive it, contact your local post office and they will try their best to help track down the package. 

 

Product

Size chart / what size should I order?

Our size chart is located on every product page near the add to cart button. It shows you the size, circumference, and instructions on how to determine your correct size.

 

How should I care for my Palace Ring?

1. We highly recommend avoiding direct contact with water, chemicals like perfumes, lotions and cleaning detergents. Take your ring off before you shower, swim and do house chores.
2. Before wearing your ring, apply clear nail polish on the inside. It will last 10x longer.
3. Clean the ring after using a polishing cloth to remove skin oils and dust. Store the ring in a ring box for further protection.

Palace Rings cannot be held liable for damage of our jewelry by the customer. 

 

Will you ever restock certain items?

We usually restock our most popular items. Please let us know on our Instagram or contact us if there is an item you are really interested in, we will do our best to accommodate restocks. 

 

Where are your items made / how sustainable is Palace Rings?

Due to our unique designs and styles we offer, we've made it our choice to produce everything in China. For each and every order we inspect and polish each item to make sure it will exceed your expectation. Your order is sent out in a complimentary ring box to ensure your items will be protected during shipping. For 100% customer satisfaction and fast delivery, we do NOT drop ship our products. Each package is sent out by our team here in the United States. We have a great relationship with our factory to create the best designs for you guys as well as making sure everyone has a positive workplace. 

While our rings weren't made to last forever, we make sure to make affordable yet trendy rings as best we can. All of our jewelry is made with either with platinum plating, gold plating, or 925 sterling silver. We use cubic zirconia crystals. Without proper care, they will tarnish, discolor and oxidize over time. 

 

AfterPay

What is AfterPay?

AfterPay is a payment plan that lets you pay for orders $35-$1,000 in four interest-free payments instead of all at once. 

 

How do I use AfterPay?

Shop the site like you normally would, then select AfterPay at checkout. You will be directed to the AfterPay website to register and give your payment details. If you've used it before all you need to do is login. Then you can place your order. It's sooo easy!

To be eligible for AfterPay payment plans the value of your bag must be between $35-$1000 and you must be 18 or older.

Can I use AfterPay if I'm an international customer?

AfterPay is available to customers with a US/AU debit/credit card and US/AU billing address.

 

How does the AfterPay payment schedule work?

When using AfterPay you make your first payment when you place your order. The last 3 payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal payments from your card. You can make payments earlier then scheduled by logging into your AfterPay account. AfterPay will then adjust the amount owed. To view your payment schedule login to your AfterPay account. 

 

What if I can't pay an AfterPay payment?

AfterPay charges $8 fee if the funds aren't in your account when payment is due. Another $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment isn't made within 7 days. Late fees won't exceed 25% of the total order value. Please see AfterPay's Payment Purchase Agreement here.  

 

When will my items be delivered if I use AfterPay?

Depends on your shipping method! Your order will process and ship immediately after it's placed! AfterPay orders have the same shipping windows as all the other orders.

 

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single AfterPay Transaction?

Yes, your bag value must be between $35-$1,000 to use AfterPay and additional transaction limits may apply. 

 

Can I use another form of payment with AfterPay?

Yes! You may also use a Palace Rings gift card with AfterPay as long as the remaining total after the gift card applied is between $35 and $1,000.
