If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit, didn't look exactly like the pictures, or just aren't princess enough) you can submit your return for store credit or back on your card within 7 days of receiving your order. Click START RETURN below to begin.

    • Refunds are issued to store credit or back on your card (Your choice!)
    • Check which items are ineligible for return below
    • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it
    • It can take up to 3-5 business days to issue your payment once your return is received
    • We do not accept exchanges at this time.
    • If your product is damaged we can't accept your return

There are some item(s) we don’t take back:

    • Anything dented, discolored, worn or has missing gemstones.
    • Ring boxes, polishing cloths, gift wrapping, mystery product, mystery bag.
    • Clearance items that are already on sale. (Marked down)

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll destroy it and won't be able to issue payment. SAVAGE AF.

Sorry Princess, we don’t offer exchanges but you can place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need with your store credit or with your card! We'll always email you when your credit is in your account so you can shop ASAP.

Click START RETURN below to begin your return. Print your return instructions, label and packing slip and follow these 3 easy steps to send back your return, totally FREE or PAY (totally up to you):

1. Send your product back in its original packaging that it came with.
2. Go to the post office and either drop it off or pay for it.
3. Wait for a response back from us to see if your return is approved.

Processing returns takes up to 7 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP cuz we wanna make ya happy! DUHHH!

As soon as we process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email that store credit was issued. Your store credit is under the same email your order was placed with.

2. Shop your booty off
3. Click on your shopping bag
4. Click the "Store Credit, Gift Card or Promo Code?", at the bottom of your cart BEFORE the checkout page.
5. Check the black box next to the amount of your store credit to apply it to your order.

If you didn’t have an account, one was created for you under the email you ordered with.

Don't worry, we will make one for you! Just wait for your return confirmation email containing all the information about your NEW account with Palace Rings! Once you are logged into your new account your store credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page! YIPPIEEE!

Oh nooo! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 1-2 days. Don't wait a month princess, we won't be able to help. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect send us a pic!
