Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. 
All returns will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label.
Once we receive your return please give us 2-3 business days to inspect your return. 
We are not responsible for any lost shipments. 
Any items that are marked down/in our clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned, no exceptions. If you choose to send these final sale item(s) back to us, we will not be issuing you a refund and are not responsible for shipping the item(s) back to you.



Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do NOT do exchanges. We strongly urge you to order before or as soon as you return it, since styles and sizes sell out quickly and we don't always restock products.

    Return Requirements

    1. Items must not have been worn, damaged, dented, or altered in any way.
    2. Items must come back to us in it's original packaging.
    3. Palace Rings has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition. 
    4. Must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept late returns under no circumstances. 
    5. International sales are all final.
    6. If you purchase an item and you received a free gift we will only accept your return as store credit. The gift will have to be returned to get your refund.
    7. All items under clearance/marked down prices are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Anything placed in our extras collection cannot be returned. 
    8. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We're not responsible for any lost returns.
