Why are there shipping delays?

Social distancing, fewer staff, reduced domestic flights & restrictions on international cargo means there are delays across the board for all business that rely on the USPS. 

Palace Rings relies on the USPS to deliver orders.  Currently the USPS is expecting massive delays for a number of reasons (all related to Covid-19).  

Why is Customer Service Delayed?

If you've reached out to our customer service team, we are in the process of getting back to you. At this time there is a high volume of inquires (mostly about shipping delays) and you should expect some delays in response time. 

We're grateful for your patience, and our incredible team is working super hard to get back to you ASAP.

When will my order be delivered?

Please allow an ADDITIONAL 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered.

It's been an additional 3-5 business days but my order hasn't arrived. What can I do?

The fastest way to get help is by contacting USPS. Reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. In an effort to cut down on delays for customer service inquiries, we will not be individually responding to emails regarding shipping delays due to COVID-19.  

The safety of our team and customers is our highest priority.
