We typically ship out orders 24 hours after you placed your order. When we ship out your pacakge, an automatic email/text will be sent that you provided when placing the order. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures can permanently damage or discolor your Palace Rings jewelry. Gently clean your jewelry with a high quality polishing cloth. Store in a ring box when not in use.
It is important to determine your ring size accurately before placing an order. If you are uncertain of your ring size, please visit a local jeweler to obtain an accurate measurement. Alternatively, if the ring is gift purchased for someone else, you may wish to have the jeweler measure a ring that you know fits them comfortably. Ring sizing is a free courtesy service at almost all jewelry stores and typically just takes a few minutes.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please read each Q&A carefully about our returns and then fill out the return form to see if you are eligible for a return. You have within 7 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be undamaged, and still have the original packaging attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of an E-Gift card or back to your credit card. There is a small restocking fee. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item(s).
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are recieved in our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of a E-gift card via email or your money will go back to your credit card.
Sometimes a customer will buy an item that does not fit, or will buy the wrong size without double checking at check out. Items purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange however we require that customers cover all shipping costs (to and from) for the exhcange. If we send the wrong ring we cover any exchange costs however if there is no mistake in the order, customers will need to cover shipping costs. Please note that sale items are not allowed for an exchange or returned.
